Liminal states are transitional phases in life where change occurs. Therapy provides a safe space to navigate these thresholds, using them as opportunities for meaningful change.

Hi, I’m Sabeena.

Welcome to Liminal State Psychology—a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming Telehealth practice supporting individuals and couples across Australia.

Healing and change aren’t linear—they unfold through liminal states: the in-between spaces where we’re no longer who we were, but not yet who we’re becoming. These transitions can feel disorienting, but they’re also powerful gateways to growth.

In these moments, long-held patterns and ways of coping often surface—asking to be seen, understood, and reworked. My role is to guide you through this process with steadiness and perspective.

Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck—not to pathologise, but to honour how you’ve learned to survive. I’ll support you in reconnecting with your strengths and moving toward clarity and freedom.
